HelperLinked is a Technology Platform — Not an Employment Agency
HelperLinked is operated by Phoenyx Capital Limited, a Hong Kong technology company. HelperLinked is not a licensed employment agency under the Employment Agencies Ordinance (Cap. 57A) and does not provide employment agency services, immigration advice, or any other regulated professional service. All employment agency activities conducted through the Platform are carried out by independently licensed Agency users, who are solely responsible for their own regulatory compliance.
HelperLinked does not guarantee helper suitability
HelperLinked makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any helper listed on the Platform is suitable, qualified, available, legally entitled to work, or will meet any specific requirement of any employer or agency. All assessments of suitability are the sole responsibility of the Agency and employer conducting due diligence.
HelperLinked does not verify helper information
Helper profiles on the Platform are uploaded and maintained by independent licensed agencies. HelperLinked does not independently verify, authenticate, or validate any information contained in helper profiles, including identity documents, employment history, qualifications, skills, references, or any other personal data. All such information is provided by the uploading agency and is presented as-is.
Users must conduct independent due diligence
Before engaging any helper discovered through the Platform, users — including agencies and employers — must conduct their own independent verification of the helper's identity, immigration status, work eligibility, qualifications, references, and suitability for the role. HelperLinked accepts no responsibility for losses arising from failure to conduct adequate due diligence.
HelperLinked is not liable for employment disputes
HelperLinked is not a party to any employment contract, placement agreement, or service arrangement entered into between any agency, employer, and helper. HelperLinked accepts no liability whatsoever for any employment dispute, wrongful dismissal claim, unpaid wages, breach of contract, immigration violation, personal injury, or any other claim arising between any parties in connection with a domestic helper arrangement, whether or not the helper was discovered through the Platform.
HelperLinked is not liable for regulatory outcomes
The Platform provides workflow management and document generation tools as operational aids only. HelperLinked does not guarantee that any visa application, immigration form, labour contract, or regulatory submission prepared using the Platform will be accepted or approved by the Immigration Department, Labour Department, or any other authority. Users are solely responsible for verifying current regulatory requirements with the relevant authorities before submission.
No professional advice is provided
Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, immigration, employment, financial, tax, or professional advice. Information and tools provided are for general operational reference only. Users should seek qualified independent professional advice before relying on any content, template, checklist, or output from the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Phoenyx Capital Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any nature arising out of or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, the Platform or any content, profile, or information accessible through it.
This includes, without limitation, any loss arising from: employment disputes, placement failures, immigration refusals, data inaccuracies in helper profiles, reliance on compliance checklists or document templates, business interruption, loss of revenue, or any act or omission of any helper, agency, employer, or other third party.
HelperLinked's aggregate liability shall not exceed HK$1,000 or the fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater. Full terms are set out in our Terms of Use.
